When you contact us through this website — by phone, WhatsApp, email or our quote request form — we may collect your name, phone number, suburb, and any details you share about the gas installation work you're enquiring about. We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or service.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out installation or inspection work, and issue Certificates of Compliance where applicable. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
WhatsApp & third-party tools
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp's own platform (operated by Meta), which has its own privacy practices. If our quote form is used, it opens WhatsApp or your email client directly on your device — no enquiry data passes through or is stored on this website's server.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use analytics tools to understand general visitor traffic (such as which pages are viewed), which can involve cookies or similar technologies. This data is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to personally identify you for marketing purposes.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it's processed, subject to any legal or contractual requirements (for example, retaining records connected to a Certificate of Compliance). Data retention
We retain enquiry and job-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legal or compliance obligations (including gas installation and Certificate of Compliance records), and resolve any disputes.
